Using the app
You are responsible for information you enter and for lawful use. Petiyo does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or replace professional veterinary judgment.
Account security
Keep your password, devices and email account secure. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access and revoke sessions you do not recognize.
Backups and recovery
Local and optional cloud backups are encrypted. You are responsible for safeguarding backup passwords and the one-time recovery key. If both the account password and recovery key are lost, older end-to-end encrypted cloud backups may be unrecoverable even by Petiyo.
Cloud availability
We work to keep cloud backup reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Keep an independent local backup for important records. Backup upload and restore do not merge or continuously synchronize records across devices.
Petiyo Pro and changes
Petiyo Pro is identified in Google Play as petiyo_pro_lifetime. Store payments, refunds and access are subject to Google Play terms. Features and these terms may be updated; material changes will carry a new effective date.
